Early Childhood Educator

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs.
• Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas of development, including early intervention strategies when necessary.
• Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their social skills and emotional well-being.
• Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort while promoting independence.
• Collaborate with other educators to share best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that reflects the values of our private school.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Familiarity with early intervention techniques to support children’s unique learning needs.
