Early Childhood Educator

Job Title: Early Years Practitioner – AIM Support Worker

Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week, with additional hours available, including relief and holiday cover.

We are looking for a kind, caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team as an AIM Support Worker.

Our setting provides a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where children learn through play, develop confidence and are supported to reach their full potential. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive, child-centred space where every child feels valued and supported.

The Role

• Provide one-to-one support for a child within our early years setting.
• Encourage participation in play, activities and daily routines.
• Support the child’s communication, independence, social skills and development.
• Work closely with our team to ensure the child feels included and supported.
• Help maintain a safe, positive and nurturing environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a recognised Early Years qualification.
• Is patient, caring, reliable and enthusiastic.
• Has a genuine passion for children’s learning and development.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs is an advantage.
