Working to develop the capacity of the adults supporting the child

Providing consultative support to other Key Workers specific to your discipline/ background

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and assessments focus on increasing a person’s quality of life including improving their skills and enhancing their independence. You will develop a plan and implement with training and regular follow up and review.
You will receive extensive training & support from Team Leaders & Managers on site to effectively perform in this dual role.
