Early Education Teacher

We are a locally-owned Richmond small business that believes in a simple mission: If we take care of our staff, our staff can take care of our kids. We are looking for energetic, "awesome" people to join our collaborative team.

What Makes Us Different:

• True Work-Life Balance: Forget about working late or giving up your Saturdays; we have a strict no nights or weekends policy.
• Financial Peace of Mind: We provide FREE childcare for our employees and offer paid time off during the holidays so you can focus on your own family.
• Invested in Your Future: Whether you want to use our Tuition Assistance to finish a degree or join our Leadership Track to move into management, we help you build a resume that matters.
• Personal Support: We offer both professional and personal development opportunities because we care about your growth as a whole person.
• The Best "Co-workers": You’ll spend your day with kids who are fun, cute, and genuinely need stable, kind mentors to help them reach their potential.
