What they need
Do you have experience of working with families and young children? (essential due to nature of work)
Are you passionate about making a positive and lasting difference to families in West Hull?
· We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Early Help Family Support Worker for the Rainbow Family Hub.
· Knowledge of Early Help and the services provided would be useful but not essential as training will be given.
· The role will include working with families and holding a case load. Offering family support and attending meetings to support them. You will be required to work alongside multi agencies to ensure that the needs of the families are met.
· Good communication skills essential.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £15,537.60 per year
