Achievable Milestones Inc. is a New York State–approved Early Intervention agency delivering high-quality, family-centered services to infants and toddlers (birth–3) with developmental delays and their families. We support our providers with responsive administrative coordination, clinical oversight, and flexible scheduling so you can focus on what matters — helping children reach their milestones.

Who We're Hiring

We are seeking qualified Early Intervention providers, including:

Special Instruction (SI) — NYS Certified Special Education Teachers (Birth–Grade 2 / Students with Disabilities)

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — NYS Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) / BCBAs, and Certified Special Educators with ABA training/experience

What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based EI services in children's homes and natural community settings
• Use family-centered, embedded-coaching strategies that empower parents/caregivers in everyday routines
• Develop and work toward functional IFSP outcomes; collaborate with the team and other providers
• Complete timely, compliant session notes and quarterly progress reports
• Maintain a parent/caregiver presence during sessions per NYS EI policy

Qualifications

• Valid NYS license/certification in your discipline (Masters of Special Education Birth - 2; Students with Disabilities - Birth to 2)
• Eligibility as NYS Early Intervention Qualified Personnel
• Experience with infants/toddlers (birth–3) preferred
• Active NPI; ability to complete required clearances (SCR, Justice Center), health/immunization documentation, and NYS EI trainings
• Reliable transportation for home/community visits; bilingual candidates a plus (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Haitian Creole, ASL, etc.)
