Early Intervention Staffing Coordinator

Metro Children’s Services is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Early Intervention Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team!

In this role, you will help coordinate Early Intervention services by matching children with qualified therapists, managing referrals, and ensuring cases are staffed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Match Early Intervention cases with available therapists based on location, availability, and service needs.
• Communicate with therapists regarding availability, referrals, and case assignments.
• Consistently follow up on pending cases, referrals, and service start dates.
• Maintain accurate records and track staffing progress.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service coordination.
• Proactively identify staffing challenges and help resolve them.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and follow through on tasks.
• Strong computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Previous staffing, scheduling, or healthcare coordination experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Early Intervention services is preferred but not required.

Compensation

$40,000–$50,000 per year, based on experience.
