Working at SAIL Playhouse
Our work involves supporting children with a range of abilities and needs within both early intervention and inclusive preschool settings. Teachers work closely with one another, families and allied health professionals to understand each child and provide appropriate support.
We value educators who are dependable, willing to learn and able to take responsibility for the quality of their work. We also value teamwork, professional communication and a willingness to reflect and make changes when something is not working for a child.
Staff are provided with opportunities for training, professional development and interdisciplinary learning across early childhood and early intervention practice.
If you are interested in developing your practice in early intervention and contributing to an inclusive learning environment for children, we welcome your application.
