We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated Early Learning Instructors for our:

• Infant Room
• Two-Year-Old Classroom
• School Age Program

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Full-time hours available

What You'll Do:

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that inspire curiosity and growth.
• Foster positive relationships with children and families.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to provide high-quality early childhood programming.
• Implement positive guidance techniques to encourage independence, confidence, and self-regulation.

Qualifications:

We're looking for educators who are:

• Wisconsin Registry Level 6 or higher
• Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong communicators with children, families, and coworkers
• Knowledgeable in child development and age-appropriate practices
