Early Year Instructor (Cantonese)

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Early Years Instructor (Cantonese) to deliver engaging lessons and create a positive learning experience for preschool children.

Responsibilities

• Teach Cantonese language and literacy classes for preschool children.
• Create a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Support student learning and development through age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Participate in curriculum development and programme improvement initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Language Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching early childhood learners.
• Excellent spoken Cantonese and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in Chinese literacy development or early language acquisition.
• Experience delivering kindergarten enrichment programmes or extracurricular activities (ECA programmes).
• Familiarity with international, bilingual, or multicultural educational environments is an advantage.
