We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice who wants to begin a rewarding career in childcare.

About the role

As an Early Years Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced practitioners, gaining valuable hands on experience while studying towards a recognised Early Years qualification.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children's learning and development through play.
• Helping to plan and set up creative, stimulating and engaging activities.
• Encouraging outdoor exploration and nature based learning.
• Supporting children's confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing.
• Building positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
• Supporting daily routines, including snack times and personal care.
• Learning about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Following safeguarding, health and safety and preschool policies.
• Completing apprenticeship training and coursework.

Previous experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right personality, enthusiasm and commitment to learn.
