Job Description

The Orchid School, following the Cambridge Education System, is seeking a qualified, experienced, and passionate Early Years Coordinator to join its team at Clifton Chapter.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Early Years education, curriculum planning, teacher support, and child-centred learning practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of the Early Years curriculum.
• Monitor lesson planning, classroom activities, and teaching practices.
• Support and guide Early Years teachers in effective teaching methodologies.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor children's learning, development, and academic progress.
• Ensure age-appropriate, engaging, and child-centred learning activities.
• Coordinate assessments and maintain academic records.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's learning and development.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Work closely with the Campus Head to maintain academic standards and implement school policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a relevant field.
• Strong and proven experience in Early Years education is mandatory.
• Practical experience in Early Years curriculum planning, teacher supervision, and classroom management.
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Experience with the Cambridge Early Years curriculum will be preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
