Early Years Educator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join us at Bloom Childcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and well-being of children in our nursery setting, fostering a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. This role involves working closely with parents and children to promote their early learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team to provide an outstanding, nurturing environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, independence and social skills.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with parents and professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of children's learning and development.
• Follow the companies policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience of working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
• Strong understanding child development.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• At least a relevant Level 3 qualification.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative independently.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early learning journey.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £13.50 per hour
