Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing Forest School activities and Montessori-based learning experiences.
• Support children's developmental needs through engaging educational activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver age-appropriate teaching activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.
• Uphold the nursery's eco-friendly practices and ethos.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere focused on high-quality childcare.
• Support the management team in daily operational tasks.
• Qualifications
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Previous experience or interest in nursery settings or early childhood education is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driving license is advantageous but not essential.
• Commitment to eco-friendly practices and Montessori principles.
