Early Years Practitioner

An opportunity has arisen for a Supernumerary Early Years Practitioner to provide a safe, stimulating, educational and fun environment for children with desirable rates of pay depending on years of experience. We are keen to hear from knowledgeable, innovative and reliable practitioners to work within our fast paced setting. The role would be a supernumerary position meaning you will have the opportunity to work across all age groups in the nursery. Leadership skills and demonstration of initiative is essential with an interest in outdoor play. Successful applicants will hold an SVQ level 3/ above or equivalent and knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence/Pre-birth to three, GIRFEC, SHANARRI, etc., is essential. The successful candidate will ensure that the needs of the children are met, liaise with parents, and be able to work as part of a large team. Applicants will be subject to SSSC, PVG and reference check and must be prepared to undertake further training.
