Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

We are excited to be welcoming lots of new little learners into our nursery! To make sure every child receives the best care and attention, we are looking for passionate, dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our team.

We are open 7.45am–5.45pm, 50 weeks of the year, closing for two weeks at Christmas.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individualised care and support to children, promoting their emotional, social and physical development.

Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating learning activities based on children's individual needs and interests, in line with the EYFS.

Observe, assess and record children's progress and development to inform planning and practice.

Maintain open and effective communication with parents/carers, colleagues and other professionals.

Work collaboratively as part of our team to create a positive, nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.

Promote children's safety and wellbeing at all times and follow the nursery's safeguarding policies and procedures.

Safeguarding

Little Learners Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and we expect all staff to share this commitment.

The successful candidate must have a good understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and be able to recognise, respond to and report concerns appropriately, in line with our nursery procedures and the current EYFS safeguarding and welfare requirements.

All appointments are subject to our safer recruitment procedures, including satisfactory references, qualification and identity checks, and an Enhanced DBS check with the appropriate barred list check where required.
