Early Years Practitioner

Rosy Cheeks Nursery in Tunstall is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic level 3 early years practitioner to work within our nurturing toddler room.

Working 37.5 hours per week (5 days) full year between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm (7.5 hours per day)

Early Years educator/Childcare qualification is a must, we cannot accept health and social care or Teaching assistant qualifications. Please check that your qualification is full and relevant using the following link.

Qualifications:

• A relevant qualification in early years education (Level 3 or above).
• Good knowledge of EYFS, Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities and Child Development. You will be expected to observe children, get involved in weekly planning and assess children's needs

-Good communication skills and be good at working within a team.

• A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters children's development and learning.
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative community.
