Early Years Practitioner

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting. This position requires excellent communication skill and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Duties

• Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote the development of children aged 0-5 years.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
• Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring that all children are engaged and supported in their learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.
• Drive initiatives that promote positive behaviour and emotional development among children.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
• Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a positive learning environment.
