The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a recognised Early Years qualification.
  • Is caring, patient, enthusiastic and reliable.
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s individual needs and development.
  • Is understanding, flexible and confident in building trusting relationships with children.
  • Enjoys working as part of a friendly, supportive team.
  • Experience in additional needs support or inclusive early years practice is an advantage.

What We Offer

  • A minimum of 15 hours weekly, with additional hours available.
  • Opportunities for relief and holiday cover.
