What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting high-quality early years education through purposeful play and structured routines
• Building warm, consistent relationships with children and families
• Contributing to planning and observations within the EYFS framework
• Supporting children’s communication, wellbeing, and independence
• Participating in professional development as part of our Elevate programme
• Working with colleagues to maintain a safe, organised, and engaging room environment

You’ll be supported to build your own practice, contribute ideas, and take pride in the progress you help children make every day.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, or currently working towards one
• Experience working with children under five in a nursery or preschool setting
• A good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
• A calm, reliable, and proactive approach to teamwork
• Someone who is reflective, curious, and open to feedback
• A genuine passion for early years education and development
