  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure consistent care and communication about each child's development
  • Manage daily routines including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure smooth operations
  • Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism within the nursery setting

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting, ideally with early childhood education background
  • Strong management and leadership skills to guide both children and team members effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English to interact clearly with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early years education
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid childcare qualifications or relevant certifications are preferred
  • A valid driver’s license is advantageous for roles requiring transportation or home visits

Join us if you’re eager to inspire young minds and help shape their future! We value energetic individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care while fostering growth through leadership.
