Early Years Practitioner

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing environment. Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Manage daily routines and ensure the well-being of all children in your care.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as needed.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience.
• Drive initiatives that support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Skills

• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Leadership abilities to inspire and guide young learners effectively.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
