Early Years Practitioner Level 3

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Duties:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning opportunities for children in the early years

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

• Provide individualized attention and support to each child's developmental needs

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians

• Collaborate with other educators to develop curriculum and teaching strategies

• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behaviour, and development

• Must have a sense of humour

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Level 3 in early childhood education

• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting

• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
