At Mulgrave, we pride ourselves on excellence, innovation, and a warm, collaborative environment where every child feels a sense of belonging. As an Early Years TOC, you’ll play an important role in supporting our youngest learners and their teachers—whether stepping in for staff absences, assisting with special events, or helping to create a nurturing, engaging classroom experience.

  • Assist with lunch coverage
  • Assist with classroom tidy up
  • Support students with toileting when necessary
  • Be willing to incorporate a wide range of teaching strategies to broaden the learning environment for the students
  • Assist with after-school care until 4:30 pm when required

  • Tend to and protect the student’s physical, emotional and social needs as well as routine care needs
  • Provide a respectful, dignified, nurturing and safe play environment for each student in the classroom
  • Interact with the students in meaningful play
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment

What You Bring

  • ECE Teaching Certification or ECE Assistant Certification (with clear criminal record check)
  • Age-appropriate First Aid Certification
  • A love for working with children and a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues, parents, and students
  • Team spirit, initiative, and adaptability

Why Mulgrave?

  • Be part of a dynamic IB World School known for innovation and excellence
  • Join a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to making a difference
  • Enjoy meaningful opportunities to grow in a rewarding environment

The salary for this position is $210 per day.
