Starting Salary: $72,000–$84,000 annually

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 50 hours per week

About Shupak Earthworks

Shupak Earthworks is a growing earthwork and site-development contractor serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma, with a significant amount of work throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

We specialize in commercial and residential earthwork, including mass grading, excavation, building pad preparation, moisture conditioning, detention ponds, and site development.

We are looking for an experienced Earthwork Superintendent to oversee multiple projects, lead field crews, and help manage our expanding operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential and commercial earthwork projects.
• Supervise foremen, heavy equipment operators, and field crews.
• Coordinate daily manpower, equipment, trucking, and materials.
• Manage excavation, grading, compaction, moisture conditioning, and building pad operations.
• Read and interpret construction plans, elevations, and specifications.
• Coordinate GPS grading, surveying, inspections, and soil testing.
• Monitor jobsite productivity, schedules, quality, and safety.
• Identify and resolve field problems before they affect production.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate project progress to management.
• Ensure crews are productive, organized, and operating efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of earthwork, excavation, or heavy civil construction experience preferred.
• Previous experience supervising earthwork crews required.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment operations, grading, soil compaction, and site preparation.
• Ability to read civil construction plans and understand grades and elevations.
• Experience managing multiple projects or crews preferred.
• Experience with GPS machine control preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between projects throughout North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.

Compensation & Career Growth

Starting salary: $72,000–$84,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a starting salary, not a compensation ceiling.
