EASA PART-147 Engine Training Instructor

Your profile

• Certification and/or Experience as an Engine Technician on CFM56 series and/or GTF and/or LEAP series and/or PW4000 variants (Please provide records).
• A minimum of 5 years in aviation maintenance or a similar field.
• Proven experience in technical teaching and preferably certified as a technical trainer.
• Availability to conduct training worldwide, with a readiness to travel regularly.
• Self-motivated and independent with excellent organizational skills in operational settings
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Education and/or Equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and/or German, minimum Level B2, C1 preferred.

Your role:

• Deliver high-quality and cost effective training at the required location using modern tools and tailored learning methods.
• Prepare training materials, facilities, and documentation for theory and practical sessions.
• Set clear learning objectives, monitor individual student progress, foster a supportive learning environment, and report course data to administration.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in training product development and business-related projects, contributing to the precision of technical content.
• Promote a strong safety, compliance, and continuous-improvement culture.
