Job Description – EB Underwriter

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced EB (Employee Benefits) Underwriter to manage employee insurance policies, evaluate risks, obtain competitive quotations, and coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Group Mediclaim (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), and Group Term Life (GTL) policies.
• Analyze employee census data and assess insurance risks.
• Obtain and compare quotations from various insurance companies.
• Negotiate premiums, terms, and coverage with insurers.
• Prepare proposals, quotation comparisons, and renewal terms.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal teams for policy issuance and renewals.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data, policy documents, and endorsements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline; insurance qualifications preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in EB underwriting or employee benefits insurance.
• Good knowledge of GMC, GPA, and GTL products.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
