What they need
- Application-level storage/space constraints require proactive monitoring and periodic housekeeping to prevent performance and operational issues.
- Proactive and Reactive support on issues related to daily GL Import since the OGL Accounting line data flow from other source systems like Expenzing, Jayam, flexcube, TCS(treasury) & EBIX.
- Performance tuning is required for 56 critical custom reports to improve report execution time and user experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support knowledge management.
- The current source systems-to-Oracle GL interface provides the required accounting integration; however, the process relies on operational monitoring and exception handling. The key opportunity is to enhance the interface with proactive monitoring, automated alerts, reconciliation, and controlled reprocessing to improve reliability, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Ongoing requirements around Supervisory Hierarchy configuration and creation/modification of new AME rules require functional and technical support.
