KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 结合季度/年度相关销售KPI，制定MLB线上全渠道买货计划
- 负责MLB品类规划和采买，制定新品上市计划
- 定期对商品销售表现、库存售罄情况进行分析，提出有效的调整建议，提高商品售罄率
- 进行全渠道库存管理，结合库存情况、销售情况制定reorder计划、折扣计划
- 整理货品信息，制定买货指引，订货会期间指导客户买货
- 不定期调研和分析童装市场趋势，结合行业发展趋势调整买货计划 EXPERENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- 本科以上学历，5年以上产品工作经验
- 熟悉零售行业商品核心计算逻辑，如OTB，售罄率，库销比，折扣率等
- 熟练掌握PPT，excel等办公软件
- 学习能力强，乐于接受挑战，有较强的抗压能力和主观能动性
- 具备良好的英语能力
