EC ops for Shopee-Thai

Core Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform(s) (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, own website). Develop and execute the online sales strategy to achieve GMV, revenue, and growth targets. Manage product listings, content, pricing, promotions, and inventory synchronization across all channels. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize performance. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience. Manage and optimize the digital marketing mix (platform ads, social media, SEO/SEM) in collaboration with marketing teams. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROI. Stay updated on platform rules, competitor activities, and e-commerce trends in Thailand and Southeast Asia. 2. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations. Proven expertise in managing seller centers/backends of major Thai platforms (Lazada & Shopee are mandatory; experience with TikTok Shop, JD Central, or others is a plus). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, platform business intelligence tools). Solid understanding of digital marketing, performance advertising, and social commerce. Experience in inventory planning, supply chain coordination, and logistics processes relevant to e-commerce. Fluent in both English and Thai is highly preferred, with excellent communication skills.
