Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Support children during daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure safety and comfort.
• Foster positive behavior by encouraging respectful interactions and guiding children through conflict resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that is welcoming and conducive to learning.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to share updates on progress and address any concerns.
• Support children with diverse needs by adapting activities and providing additional assistance as needed.
• Help monitor classroom safety protocols and ensure compliance with licensing standards related to early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Prior classroom experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
• Passion for teaching and supporting the developmental milestones of young learners.
