ECE/ ECE IT

Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated ECE (Early Childhood Education) professionals or ECE IT (Early Childhood Education Instructor/Teacher) to join our team, pending licensing approval in the upcoming weeks. This role involves creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones, and fostering a love for learning. Ideal candidates will have classroom experience and a genuine interest in working with children, including those with disabilities. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through caregiving, teaching, and early childhood education.

Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized care as needed
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members to ensure open communication and collaboration
• Observe and document children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
• Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that complies with safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and participate in ongoing professional development

Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings is preferred
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to teach effectively and engage children in meaningful activities
• Background in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous
• Caregiving experience that showcases patience, compassion, and adaptability in working with children of various needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
