Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teaching staff to deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes early learning and social-emotional growth
• Develop and manage program budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
• Implement policies and procedures that comply with licensing regulations and quality standards for early childhood programs
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration among staff, children, and families
• Conduct regular assessments of classroom environments and educational practices to maintain high standards of quality
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their teaching skills
• Coordinate parent engagement activities, including meetings, workshops, and communication to strengthen community relationships

Experience

• Proven leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field, with a strong understanding of child development principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively within an educational setting
• Extensive teaching experience with young children, including familiarity with curriculum planning and assessment tools
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and community partners
• Knowledge of licensing requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards in early childhood programs
• Ability to inspire teams through coaching, mentorship, and clear goal-setting

Pay: $25.00 per hour
