We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE/ECE ITE) to join our vibrant team. Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction for children in accordance with curriculum standards.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and daily activities to support individualized learning plans.
• Assist with classroom organization, including preparing materials, managing supplies, and ensuring a clean and welcoming space.
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop new educational strategies and contribute to ongoing program improvements.

Qualification

• Must hold a valid BC ECE license to practice and be able to provide registration number.
• NO ECEA
• Must be legal to work in Canada. No LMIA available.
• Previous experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development milestones.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members**.**
• Demonstrated organizational skills for managing classroom activities, schedules, and documentation efficiently.

Wage and benefit

• ECE starting from $22 plus $6 wage enhancement
• ECE ITE starting from $23 plus $6 wage enhancement
