Echo Tech On-Call Coverage

Overview

The Echo Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist physicians in evaluating and diagnosing cardiovascular conditions. This role is responsible for obtaining high-quality images, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with established standards and protocols.  ** On Call Coverage Only**

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiography procedures according to established protocols.
• Obtain diagnostic images and measurements.
• Prepare and educate patients for procedures.
• Document examination results accurately and timely.
• Maintain equipment and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Cardiac sonography credential or eligibility required
• Knowledge of echocardiography principles and procedures.
