Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible ECHO Technician with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to perform echocardiography procedures and assist the cardiologist in providing accurate diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 2D Echo, M-Mode, Colour Doppler and other echocardiography procedures as required.

• Prepare patients for ECHO procedures and explain the procedure appropriately.

• Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment safely and efficiently.

• Obtain clear and accurate cardiac images and measurements as per protocol.

• Assist the cardiologist during ECHO examinations.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of patient records and reports.

• Follow hospital protocols for patient safety, infection control and confidentiality.

• Perform routine checks of ECHO equipment and report technical issues promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the ECHO room and equipment.

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other departments for smooth patient care.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with patients and their attendants.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree / Certification in ECHO / Cardiac Care / Cardiac Technology or a relevant field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an ECHO Technician.

• Practical knowledge of echocardiography procedures and equipment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.

• Knowledge of basic computer operations and hospital software is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good patient-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a cardiology team.

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

• Professional and compassionate approach towards patients.

Salary: Minimum Rs.15000/-(As per experience and hospital norms.)

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
