ECM Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the e-commerce operations team and oversee the daily management and optimization of official stores on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.

2. Develop, document, and continuously improve operational SOPs to enhance efficiency, execution quality, and scalability.

3. Manage product assortment, pricing, content, promotions, campaign participation, inventory coordination, and product lifecycle performance.

4. Monitor key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and develop data-driven action plans to achieve sales, profitability, traffic, and conversion targets.

5. Manage e-commerce operating budgets and key cost components, including platform commissions, advertising, promotions, fulfillment, and returns, while improving ROI.

6. Collaborate closely with internal functions, China HQ, platform partners, and teams across APAC to ensure effective execution of business plans.

7. Coach team members, manage priorities, and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations, preferably involving Shopee and Lazada in Southeast Asia.

2. Proven ability to independently manage official stores and lead an e-commerce operations team.

3. Strong product, customer, commercial, and data-oriented mindset.

4. Solid understanding of e-commerce cost structures, budgeting, profitability, and ROI management.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project-management, and execution skills.

6. Effective cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills.

7. Professional proficiency in English due to regular communication with China&APAC HQ.

8. A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in e-commerce and growing with the organization.
