ECM Support Engineer

Job Summary

Position: ECM Support Engineer. Location: Chennai - Remote. Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time).

Required Qualifications Technical Skills

• Primary Expertise: Hands-on experience supporting and administering IBM Content Manager and IBM Case Manager, KwikWork.
• Middleware/Platform: Proficiency with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) configuration and troubleshooting.
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases (IBM DB2, Oracle, or MS SQL Server) in the context of ECM schema and query execution.
• OS Environment: Experience working in Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
• Tools Utilities: Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8 tools (Content Platform Engine, Workplace XT, or Navigator) is a strong plus.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex document management and workflow issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or Content Navigator (ICN).
• Prior experience handling enterprise-level migrations or platform upgrades.
• Strong L2/L3 application and production support experience.
