E.Com- Merchandise Manager - Remote

Role & responsibilities

• * Manage day-to-day website merchandising and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• * Plan and maintain the site content calendar in alignment with marketing priorities.
• * Manage landing pages, promotional banners, product placements, and customer touchpoints.
• * Handle CMS updates, ticket submission, prioritization, execution, and quality assurance (QA).
• * Monitor website performance and customer journey analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• * Coordinate with APAC and global teams on UX/UI enhancements, website features, and rollout timelines.
• * Identify operational issues, improve workflows, and guide junior team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or Master's degree with 3+ years).

* Experience in eCommerce Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or Web Operations.

* Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, website content management, and merchandising optimization.

* Understanding of customer journey analytics, conversion optimization, and desktop/mobile experience.

* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

* Contentful experience will be an added advantage.
