What they need
Déhanche is a luxury accessories brand redefining the belt and jewelry as objects of adornment. Known for sculptural silhouettes, distinctive hardware and a modern approach to styling the waist, Déhanche is entering its next stage of growth.
We are looking for a highly organized, commercially minded E-Commerce Manager to own the day-to-day performance and execution of our digital flagship.
We are looking for someone who thinks like a merchant: someone who understands the customer journey, is obsessive about detail, uses data to identify opportunities, and is constantly looking for ways to improve conversion, AOV and revenue.
THE ROLE
You will take ownership of Déhanche’s e-commerce business, ensuring the site is accurate, elevated, optimized and commercially effective at all times.
You will work closely with our Founder, Marketing, Creative, Product and Operations teams to translate launches, campaigns and commercial priorities into an exceptional online experience.
You should be equally comfortable analyzing why a product is not converting, building a collection in Shopify, reviewing a product page, identifying an inventory opportunity, briefing a developer, monitoring hourly revenue pacing, and making sure a launch is flawless before it goes live.
SALARY : $80,000–$100,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Own the day-to-day management and merchandising of the Déhanche Shopify store.
- Ensure product pages, collections, imagery, pricing, inventory, tags, metafields and product information are consistently accurate and optimized.
- Build and merchandise homepage, collection pages, landing pages and navigation around launches, campaigns and commercial priorities.
- Monitor site performance daily, with particular attention to revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, product performance and customer behavior.
- Own daily and hourly revenue pacing against monthly and weekly sales targets, identifying gaps early and proactively recommending actions to close them.
- Work closely with the Klaviyo email team to use real-time sales, product and customer data to inform email strategy, segmentation, timing and commercial pushes.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and AOV through merchandising, cross-selling, bundling, product recommendations and improvements to the customer journey.
- Analyze performance by product, category, geography, customer cohort and traffic source and translate the findings into clear actions.
- Proactively identify website issues and opportunities — rather than waiting for them to be flagged.
- Own e-commerce execution for product launches, ensuring everything is prepared, tested and correct before launch.
- Partner closely with Product and Inventory teams around stock availability, waitlists, pre-orders, replenishment and demand.
- Work with Creative to ensure imagery and storytelling support both brand and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate with developers and external partners on site improvements, bugs, integrations and new functionality.
- Support SEO implementation and maintain strong site hygiene across product titles, metadata, redirects and collections.
- Develop and execute a continuous CRO testing roadmap.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and bring forward new ideas, tools and best practices relevant to luxury e-commerce.
- Produce concise weekly reporting that explains what happened, why it happened, where we are against target, and what we are going to do about it.
WHO YOU ARE
You are commercially curious, analytical and extremely detail-oriented. You don't just report numbers - you investigate them, make a plan and act on them.
You understand that e-commerce performance is a business in real time, understanding where revenue is coming from, identifying when performance is falling behind pace, and working cross-functionally to determine what can be done that day to move it.
You are proactive, accountable and solutions-oriented. You notice when a bestseller is buried, when an in-stock product is incorrectly showing as pre-order, when a product page isn't telling the right story, or when customer behavior reveals a merchandising opportunity — and you take action before someone needs to ask.
