About Blakely
Blakely is a fast-growing fashion brand with a strong online presence and an ambitious approach to growth. We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic Ecommerce Admin Assistant to join our team and help support the day-to-day running of our online stores.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in ecommerce, fashion or digital retail. Previous ecommerce experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential. We're more interested in finding someone with excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.

The Role
Working closely with our ecommerce team, you'll help ensure our website is accurate, up to date and delivering a great shopping experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and maintain website content, product listings, collections, and user-generated imagery.
• Ensure product information, meta data and SEO elements are accurate and optimised.
• Support Website, SEO & GEO optimisation, strategy and targeted content
• Assist with loyalty programmes, POS, events, and international store expansion.
• Coordinate imagery and content across marketing, CRM, advertising, and other teams.
• Edit and optimise product imagery, banners, landing pages, and campaign assets.
• Support website merchandising, navigation, and product presentation to improve conversion.
• Assist with website testing, UX improvements, and data-driven optimisation.
• Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal website updates.
• Monitor website accuracy and performance, resolving errors and supporting day-to-day ecommerce tasks.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised, methodical and attentive to detail.
• Confident using computers and comfortable learning new systems.
• A good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership of their work.
• Interested in fashion, online shopping or ecommerce.
• Keen to learn and develop new skills within a growing business.

Desirable, but not essential:

• Experience using Shopify or another ecommerce platform.
• Previous retail, administration or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic experience editing images or creating digital content.

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
