Ecommerce Analyst

1. Job Purpose

We are looking for a professional with experience in E-commerce operations, responsible for executing and supporting the daily operations of TCL's various online sales channels, ensuring the proper management of product catalogs, content updates, pricing, promotions, and inventory.

This position will have a primarily operational focus, providing support for marketplace management and online retail customers, ensuring the proper execution of commercial activities, the availability of product information, and compliance with quality standards across different digital channels.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Execute the daily operations of E-commerce and Online Retail channels, ensuring the correct publication and updating of the product portfolio.
• Manage and maintain up-to-date product information (SKUs, prices, descriptions, images, technical specifications, and digital content) across different sales platforms.
• Manage warehouse inventory and customers' virtual inventory.
• Execute the upload and updating of promotions, commercial campaigns, and product launches across different digital channels.
• Continuously verify product availability, pricing, content, and inventory to ensure proper execution across each platform.
• Follow up on operational issues related to product listings, content, pricing, or inventory, coordinating their resolution with the relevant departments.
• Support the coordination of operational requirements with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and customers to ensure the proper functioning of operations.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor key channel performance indicators to support decision-making.
• Support activities related to the execution of commercial strategies and digital campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards across all digital platforms.
• Provide support for projects and activities related to the growth of E-commerce channels.

3. Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in operational roles within E-commerce, marketplaces, online retail, or digital commerce, preferably in technology, consumer electronics, retail, or mass-market consumer goods companies.
• Experience managing product catalogs, listings, digital content, pricing, and promotions on E-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of marketplace operations and online retail channels.

Technical Skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; an Excel skills assessment will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
• Power BI knowledge is desirable.

Experience with platforms such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, Linio, or similar platforms under 1P and 3P business models is desirable
