Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager @ 'High-Growth D2C Wellness Brand'

London (In-office) | Full-Time, Permanent | £40,000 – £50,000 DOE

A fast-growing, multi-brand D2C wellness business is looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Associate to support performance, growth and e-commerce across its portfolio.

The business has built a portfolio of challenger brands selling across international markets, with rapid growth over the past few months and ambitious plans ahead. With a small, high-performing team, work goes live fast and the impact is seen immediately.

This is a broad, hands-on role with a front-row seat to how a scaling online brand really works. Working side by side with the Head of Performance, you’ll help keep every channel running smoothly, from paid ads and agency management to product launches and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily health checks across paid ad accounts on Meta, Google and TikTok
• QA new ads before they go live and keep ad trackers and creative asset libraries organised
• Act as a key point of contact for the media buying agency, joining calls and following up on actions
• Coordinate product launches end-to-end, ensuring pages, ads, email and SMS are ready on the day
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports across Shopify and ad platforms, flagging anything unusual
• Support Shopify updates across multiple international stores alongside the e-commerce team
• Coordinate across remote and in-office teams to keep projects on track
• Support the Head of Performance across wider paid, growth and acquisition priorities

Skills & Experience Required

• 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or growth, ideally within a scaling D2C brand
• Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and/or Shopify
• Strong curiosity and self-drive, with a genuine interest in how D2C brands grow
• A sharp eye for detail; you spot the broken link, the wrong price or the typo
• Organised and reliable, comfortable with spreadsheets, numbers and reporting
• Confident using AI tools to work faster and smarter
