Ecommerce Application Support

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: Ensure and continuously improve the stability, reliability, performance and security ofapplications in E-Commerce supply chain domains (covering omni-channel scenarios). Theresponsibility covers but not limited to:

• Manage problem solving to ensure the correct functioning of the applications inproduction environment (root cause analysis, post-mortem)
• Operates to quarantee a secure, reliable, and available IT application (monitoring organizing UAT, release management)
• Analyze and report application performance, drive actions for improvement(application performance management)
• Work closely with Agile product team members, business partners, and other ITteams in global offices Requirements: 1. 3+ years experience of application support in ECommerce or Supply Chaindomains(ERP experience is a plus)
• Good problem-solving skills and attitude, attention to detail is a must
• Top enthusiasm and skills to organize collaborative tasks and activities
• Practical experience with (including but not limited to) SQL scripts.monitoring/observability skills, and log management (Al skills is a plus)
• Fluent communication both in Chinese and English

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 确保并持续提升电商供应链领域应用（覆盖全渠道场景）的稳定性、可靠性、性能和安全性。职责包括但不限于： 管理问题解决流程，确保应用在生产环境中的正常运行（根本原因分析、事后复盘） 负责保障 IT 应用的安全性、可靠性和可用性（监控、组织用户验收测试 UAT、发布管理） 分析和报告应用性能，推动改进行动（应用性能管理） 与敏捷产品团队成员、业务伙伴以及全球各地的其他 IT 团队紧密合作 任职要求： 3 年及以上电商或供应链领域应用支持经验（有 ERP 经验者优先） 具备良好的问题解决能力和工作态度，必须高度关注细节 具备高度热情和能力来组织协作类任务和活动 具备实际经验（包括但不限于）：SQL 脚本、监控/可观测性技能以及日志管理（具备 AI 相关技能者优先） 能够使用中英文进行流利沟通 作为一名运动爱好者，乐于与团队成员一起参与体育运动 拥有计算机科学或相关专业的本科学历
