Part-Time E-Commerce Assistant

West Ashley — IN PERSON

Approximately 20–30 hours per week

Wednesday availability is required

LuxLoveLouis is growing, and we’re looking for someone organized, creative, fast-moving, and social-media savvy to join our team in person.

This is a hands-on role that combines social media, content creation, luxury fashion, e-commerce, and weekly drop-day operations.

WHAT YOU’LL HELP WITH

• Preparing and organizing inventory for our Wednesday drops
• Photographing and visually staging designer pieces
• Posting products and promotional content across social platforms
• Helping execute drop day smoothly and efficiently
• Keeping product information, pricing, photos, and inventory organized
• Assisting with customer messages, invoicing, updating spreadsheets
• Helping with additional e-commerce and day-to-day business tasks

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a great fit if you are:

• Highly proficient with social media, especially Instagram
• Naturally creative with a strong visual eye for elevated, luxury content
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented, excel experience a plus
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable taking initiative and figuring things out without constant direction
• Reliable and able to work in person
• Comfortable learning new apps, systems, and e-commerce tools
• Interested in fashion, handbags, luxury resale, or designer brands

Luxury/designer knowledge is a HUGE plus. Knowledge of brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Goyard and other luxury designers would be especially valuable.

Previous experience with social media, content creation, e-commerce, luxury retail, resale, fashion, or a similar environment is preferred.
