Job Overview

Jacked Nutrition is seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Assistant to support its day-to-day e-commerce operations. The role involves managing Shopify product listings, executing online campaigns, supporting CRM activities, coordinating affiliate programs, and preparing operational reports. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient online operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Shopify & Product Management: Create and update product listings, pricing, variants, images, and descriptions. Coordinate inventory updates and report stock discrepancies.
• Campaign Management: Set up promotional offers, discounts, banners, and website deals. Test campaigns and customer journeys before launch.
• CRM & Automation: Assist in managing BIK CRM campaigns, customer lists, automated email flows, and abandoned checkout recovery. Identify and report technical issues.
• Affiliate Program Management: Review affiliate orders, verify commissions, maintain records, and coordinate monthly payout requests with the Finance team.
• Website Management: Conduct routine website checks, update content, identify broken links, and coordinate website fixes with relevant teams.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily sales reports, monitor checkout abandonment and prepaid order ratios, and maintain campaign trackers, dashboards, and error logs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Systems, Warehouse, Finance, and Content & Design teams to ensure timely execution of e-commerce activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, or affiliate management tools will be an advantage.
