Your Role & Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations & Sales

• Manage daily operations across our website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and product information.
• Manage and optimize assigned product categories to improve sales performance and business growth.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging online shopping experience for customers.

Customer Experience & Engagement

• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries, providing helpful solutions and excellent service.
• Guide customers through eBook purchasing and access, helping them discover new ways to build their personal digital libraries.
• Engage with customers through online and face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Build positive customer relationships that encourage satisfaction and loyalty.

Marketing & Business Growth

• Support the planning and execution of online promotional campaigns, including promotional code setup.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversions.
• Research competitor activities, marketing strategies, and emerging e-commerce trends.
• Contribute fresh ideas and initiatives to enhance online sales and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and junior executives are highly encouraged to apply!
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Responsible, reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and persistence in overcoming challenges.
• Eager to explore new ideas, improve existing processes, and develop meaningful customer relationships.
• Willing to commute between our Subang Jaya and KL (near PWTC) offices when required.
