Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor customer orders from Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
- Prepare, check, and coordinate orders for packing and shipment.
- Update product listings, prices, stocks, and product information.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order concerns.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams regarding orders and deliveries.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and other transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of online orders.
- Perform other e-commerce tasks assigned by management.
