ECOMMERCE ASSOCIATE

About the role

TEVIANT is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Ecommerce Associate to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in San Juan City, Metro Manila, where you will play a vital role in driving our online sales performance and enhancing customer engagement across our digital channels. As an Ecommerce Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting the execution of our digital commerce strategy, ensuring our online presence remains competitive and customer-centric in an increasingly digital marketplace.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and optimising product listings across ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing and imagery
• Monitoring online sales performance and generating reports on key ecommerce metrics and KPIs
• Supporting the implementation of digital marketing campaigns targeted at driving online traffic and conversions
• Assisting with search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives to improve visibility and rankings
• Coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and order fulfilment
• Analysing competitor strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Supporting customer service efforts by addressing inquiries related to online purchases and user experience
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of landing pages and promotional content
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints
• Tracking and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or a related role
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing channels
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative on projects
