Reconciliation of accounts

• Regulate discounts
• Handle pending partner over-dues

Order placement and inventory management

• Collaborating with the product identify the right merchandise mix
• Place orders basis partner requirements by analyzing secondary sales and DOC (Days of Cover)
• Maintaining the channel category DOC and optimizing the overall inventory level

Partner relationship management

• Discuss and analyze sales performance with partners
• Negotiate the discounting strategy with partners
• Develop the strategy to drive market share and profitability of the category

Marketing / visibility of products

• Negotiate with partners for right product placement
• Market brands on portal
